TEKA Counter-Current Planetary Mixers offer:

Mixer pan:
Low overall height due to externally mounted discharge assembly easy access to inside of mixer.
Protective cover with lots of space for material inlets:
- Positioning of material inlets and cleaning segments can be variable
- large segments for maintenance and cleaning have quick-release latches
- large inspection door with protective mesh, electronic safety limited switches.
Low maintenance factor:
Gearbox oil changes required only 2.500 hours, central lubrication system (3) (except for rotating mixing arms) for all grease points; as an option, lubrication by motorized grease pump.
Robust and compact design of drive system:
- Only one drive motor, means high efficiency, turbo-coupling is standard equipment.
- As an option, the turbo-coupling can be equipped with an electronic monitor.
- Discharge gate(s) hydraulically operated by way of rotating cylinder,
- left or right opening depending on rotor direction,
- manual pump to operate discharge gate in the event of a power failure,
- opening of discharge gate to any degree,
- large gate opening for short discharge times,
- protected installation of proximity switches.
Available options:
- Sampling gate, in outer wall,
- Moisture probes, wall or floor mounted;
- High-pressure cleaning system with rotating spray nozzles;
- Steam-injection through rotating lances, or through stationary nozzles;
- Mixer venting;
- Skip hoists, available in various models and angles of inclination
