ACME’s technicians are highly experienced and well qualified. ACME makes sure they are sent overseas to the principle’s headquarters for training. In turn, they give the best training to buyers and equipment users. In fact, the demonstration and training that customers received from ACME is as good as first hand from the original equipment manufacturer. By providing good knowledge of the equipment to the buyers and handlers, ACME hopes to help customers keep maintenance cost down.

Spare Parts Department

ACME has long recognized the importance of readily available spare parts. At any point in time, it has spare parts stocked in its factory cum workshop of 5,000 square meters in Jurong, Singapore and some it its licensed offices in the Asia Pacific Region. Time is money in the construction industry and no ACME customer needs to suffer extended machine down-time due to replacement of parts.

ACME has with the assistance of the equipment manufacturer a well trained and experience SPARE-PARTS department to make sure that all parts are carefully monitored and ordered into our stocks. As an added service to its concrete pumps customers, ACME has a department specialising in the supply of Concrete Pump Pipes and Accessories. This ensures ready available of high wear and tear parts for its Concrete Pump users.
