The Padma Bridge is a 2-level road-rail bridge across the Padma River. It is the longest bridge in the country with a total length of 6.15 km, as well as the deepest pile depth in the world at 127 m. The project cost 3.6 billion USD with its construction started in 2014. The bridge has a total of 42 pillars, with 6 piles beneath each of the pillars.
Located at Bukit Batok, the 13 storey executive condominium is developed by CDL Zenith Pte Ltd. Its 495 units (spanning over 16,000 sqm) of 3 to 5 bedroom houses is slated to be completed in 2030.
The Central Library is the largest library of NUS and located at the heart of the university since 1978. The renovation started in June 2018 and split into 4 phases, which slated to be completed in May 2021. The project not only brings it up to modern standard, it also includes a central activity hub that connects each of the facilities.
Located in Tanjong Pagar, the condominium features 324 residential units, spanning 3,846 sqm. It is developed by a joint venture between MCC and HY Realty and is slated to be completed in 2026.
A joint venture of SingHaiYi Group and CSC Land Group, the Grand Dunman is a 7 block 18 storeys condominium and comprises 1,008 residential units. This project is slated to be completed in 2031.
Located in Sims Drive and developed by a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings and City Development Limited, the Penrose Condo consists of 566 residential units and is slated to be completed in 2025.
This project serves as a future MRT train depot for the upcoming Jurong Region Line (JRL). With total contract value of 739.5 million SGD, the at-grade integrated depot occupies a 44.5-hectare site, and comprises an Integrated Rail and Bus depot, ancillary buildings and a transport workers’ dormitory.
Part of the upcoming Jurong Region Line (JRL), the station will be constructed as part of Phase 1 and expected to be completed in 2027. This contract also includes its neighbouring station, Gek Poh with a sum of 226.6 million SGD.

Located next to Thi Vai River, this natural gas power plant is operated by EVNGenco3. Originally built and commissioned in 2000, the company initiated 21 major repair projects for its facility and equipment as a part of their extensive maintenance work.
The project began in 2022 as a joint venture between Thuan Thanh Environment JSC and JFE Engineering Corporation Japan. Located on 4.8 hectares of land in the Thuan Thanh district, the facility can process and combust up to 500 tons of municipal solid waste per day.
