With development work began in 2017, the 1 billion SGD major projects augment the existing Singapore Zoo, River Safari, Night Safari, and additional attractions like Bird Park (2020), Rainforest Park (2023), and an eco-resort. The projects feature a large amount of sculpting and landscape modeling.

A $304 million project to expand the existing 1200 megawatt Ilijan gas-fired power plant in Batangas, the construction will includes deployment of floating storage unit (FSU), Liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank, jetty, cryogenic pipeline and more, a first in Philippines.

Conceived in 1995 with Phase 1 completed in 2008, Phase 2 consists of 35 km long and depth of up to 55m of tunneling works, and the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant. These facilities would serve western and downtown Singapore with its total cost of 6.5 billion SGD. They are projected to be completed in 2026.
